I just wanted to drop a quick line to say thank you for all of your support and to remind you that I will be doing a www.blogtalkradio.com radio from 3:00PM to 4:30PM today. If you don't have a chance to listen today, it is always possible to go to the site and type in Let Spirit Speak or my name and it will take you to the site and you can listen to them whenever you wish.

I also want to remind you that there is another channeling in Maryland next Saturday, April 25th and a "Mother's Day Channeling",in Virginia, on Saturday,
May 9th. I hope to have my computers and yes I said computers...in better working order soon. I guess spirit is keeping me in the now of things. Ha Ha.

If one of you allows the other to take charge, to take control over your thoughts, actions or behavior, then you are not leading the life you have wished to lead. You are leading the life designed and manipulated by another whether it is done consciously or not. Each of you have the choice to move forward alone or in tandem with others. It is important that you realize that each of you have the ability to choose which way your soul will experience circumstances to bring you greater understanding as you walk through each day.

No one is ever a victim from a spiritual standpoint. Even the most horribly uncomfortable, painful or seemingly negative occurrences are all a part of each plan to move forward. Sometimes, the soul in desperation, allows and we say allows, this incarnation to take a negative turn so as to help the soul understand most definitively what the soul wishes to learn. If your soul wanted to go from A to C and the only way to get there was to take a hard and difficult experience along the route of B, then that is what is done. It is always about how each and everyone deals with what their life becomes. It is always about how the next moment is spent and how the perception of the experience is received. It takes more time, energy and heart to look backward trying to figure out how the events occurred then it does to look up, to ask for help, to turn inward to receive strength and calm and to move forward from whatever point one finds themselves.

The anchor of truth, love and a willingness to grow and change makes every situation one of peace if it is allowed. Take the opportunity to move forward from the positive position. If you are too frustrated or stressed, then rest, find a means to seek laughter, fellowship with true kindred spirits and then when you are ready, proceed in a forward motion letting go of past hurts and disappointments.

Let me say that it is a pleasure to be with you to wish you all a blessed day as you move forward along your time line of experiences. It is with great joy that we come to you for many different reasons but most of all to aid and assist you as you try and balance your inner and outer life with the changing of the vibrations, the changing of your atmosphere, the changing of your reference points of understanding that have been in such need of change for such a long time and your relationship with truth.

Truth is an ever changing reality depending on your perspective, your previous understandings and your capacity to accept new thinking. For those that remain riveted to the old ways, change comes in difficult scenarios, usually with some sort of painful experience that catapults them into releasing and letting go of the status quo that will no longer serve them in their future.

If everyone could look at their situation as an opportunity to free them from the chains of complacency, the restrictions of sameness and the limitations that they have been experiencing, they would be filled with bliss and joy. We are here as are so many others to assure you that there is a way to be successful as times move forward where love for one another, compassion for the four legged and the planet in general, laughter and play, heart to heart conscious sharing and in general what might be called by some as heaven on earth is coming into position for all of you to embrace and live in.

We know that it is difficult to go through changes that seemingly produce fear as the old is being stripped away, but we assure you that you are not alone, that when you surrender to change, embrace it and merely ask for assistance, it is there for you. It may take a few hours or days or weeks to see the miracles unfold little by little, but they are there.

The most important thing each of you can do for yourselves is to get plenty of sleep and rest as the changes can take a toll on your bodies. Staying away from foods that only give a momentary relief is the best way to support your body. Allowing children and animals to give you solace and unconditional love also gives each and everyone of you an example of how each and every day can be as we move forward.

It is not a simple process, this changing of the conscious thinking of the masses, but it is progressing along quite nicely from our perspective. Remember that anything that brings to you a sense of fear is not and we repeat not to be embraced, but rather to be transmuted into understanding and peace in whatever way is the most successful for each of you. Gathering together where laughter can be present, fellowship of positive minds can be shared and in general a rising of vibration around each of you as you share time and love, will lighten any load you think you are carrying at any given time.

Be well, hopeful and above all filled with the love of all of those that seek to enlighten, to help and to share.

It is about the chance to change that is predominant in the world in which you live at this time. It is paramount that each of you pull within and gather all the trust and faith that is available to you in order to draw to you the best outcome of any situation you face.

Remember, my dear ones, that this place is only a game, an experience in which to grow and learn and to allow your soul a chance to experience an expression in this created existence. Think back to another time in this incarnation that had your emotions and thoughts wrapped around an event, a conversation, a piece of correspondence or an experience that created fear in any of it's forms. Do not dwell on it, but realize that as it is in your "past" that it has no real effect on you unless you bring it into the present and focus on it. So it is the same with what is in front of you this day and each minute of each of your days. Find a personal means to become detached from whatever is bringing you stress or fear and dwell on that for a time.

If you were out in space looking down on this planet, you would not be thinking about what you think about now. You would be engaged in the wonder, the beauty, the magnificence of the experience and all else would seem insignificant and unimportant. As you look at each moment, allow your soul to bring it into perspective with a detached view.

Always remember that you are loved and there are many here to support you through these times of change. Just ask with confidence, faith and trust.

There comes a time in the process of discovery and growth that encourages each of you to take a moment to catch your breath, to relax, to withdraw from too many different energies, or to allow healing to take place in parts of the body as adjustments are made to the new energies within when generally a feeling of less then joyous sensations flood all areas of your life. These times of discomfort signal the beginning of a time of newness, of lightness, of changes and growth, of miracles beginning to take place and most importantly the raising of consciousness in each person.

It is not to say that every time one feels somewhat disillusioned that it means that the next better stage is about to break open in your life, but it is a possibility for it to be a signal of great times to come depending on how you handle these moments. Life on this planet is cyclical in all ways and so there are always ebbs and flows. It is important to learn the best way to handle the ebb times so that they can herald in the flowing moments. Allow yourself to accept that during times of discomfort, physically, emotionally or spiritually, that these are not by any means punishment as in old precepts of religion or that they are the old concepts of karma. It is an adjustment, an opportunity for the soul to reassess its priorities or an opportunity to rewrite ones course and truly the best thing you can do is to shorten these moments by remaining detached and positive in every way possible.

If you are trying to reach a station on the radio and you turn the nob through different frequencies, you may come to different stations that aren't to your liking or even static. These are all frequencies on a spectrum that eventually as you fine tune your desires come to the proper station that gives you joy. Look at your attitudes and feelings from a detached approach during these seemingly "static" periods but allow yourself to move quickly through them without self recrimination. As these times of change continue, putting a positive approach on all that takes place shortens the negative and transmutes it into wondrous futures.

Each of you have your own realities in your hands and how you mold them is entirely up to you. Time is merely a parameter set up for this existence and you can create wonders beyond your imagination. Seek the parts within that support love. Seek friendships that support love. Seek activities that allow love to flow from person to person with like minds.

Ask for guidance and support from all of us in the other realms whenever you wish. Above all, know that all positive outcomes are possible no matter what appears to be in front of you. The word miracle would never have been a part of your language if it wasn't a description of actuality.

If you wait for the right time to start to love those that have hurt you, you will never love in the way the will change the world in which you live in, change the world in which you want to continue to live in or the world in which you want to succeed in future generations.

You are all on a precipice of making a choice as to whether you will have the future you choose or the future that is chosen for you by those who wish you to remain in the dark….their dark. Love is the only way out of any situation that you find yourselves in. Loving those that appear to be hateful and filled with fear changes the vibration that is in and around them and with time nullifies the effect that their darkness has created.

We are all here at this time to express this love for all things, so that the mountain can be climbed and the view of the future becomes bright and filled with sunshine, and vistas of beauty permanently reside inside of you and around you each day.

It has been awhile since we have come to yo in this avenue and wish to say that it is with great joy that we visit with you this day. The energies in all areas of this planet are growing, changing and presenting a challenge to be the eye of the storm in all things.

The people places and things that seem to walk away from you, the sense of just being day to day and walking in the now of all things is becoming more of a regular journey. Know that as you become more in tune with these energies and allow yourself to be comfortable with this newness it creates in your lives, you will feel more complete and fulfilled in this newness. We have found, by looking at you and watching each of you over time that sometimes you let go of the new feeling of completeness as it washes over you and you drift back to old outdated, yet familiar ways of doing things that make you feel lonely and incomplete.

We realize that this is a new terrain for all of you and the changes continue to come quickly which can produce chemical imbalances within the physical shell that seem to produce fear and doubt. Let us be very clear with each of you that if you seek centering within, connect with the energies of the earth by spending time with her either by touch or breathing her in consciously for at least 15-30 of your minutes a day, those chemicals will balance and you will retain your "eye of the storm" status and will see the steps in front of you more clearly.

We will try to make it possible for more of these postings as we realize that the written word is important and helpful as well as the spoken words.

Hi Everyone,

I am having some Mercury in Retrograde, computer issues right now and so my calendar is a bit messed up. Please be patient with me and know that as these times continue to challenge us all, they are also providing a great deal of growth and movement toward the purpose we decided to be a part of at this exciting time of change on the earth. Work on staying centered without fear and allow only positive thoughts and love to be a part of your thinking. When the emotions seem to have a life of their own, use your tools to bring yourselves back into balance and know that the unseen are here with us giving us all guidance and love.

It's time that all of you remember your missions, your purpose, your choices made prior to your entry here. The veil lifts more and more and you will find yourselves in a place of purpose and joy. The next several months create the window for these energies to pour upon you and guide you to your next position of light.

Those of you who have been feeling a great deal of anxiety about the future and where your roles are to be with that sense of anticipation and yet little fulfillment, will find signs of movement and fluidity all around you. Your dreams created by you prior to your entrance into this incarnation as well as the creations you have added or revised from the original plan over the last several years unconsciously for some but consciously for most over the last year show themselves in great speed and force. Do whatever you need to do on a personal, in the body way, to keep yourself free from fear. If you must isolate your endeavors to only those elements that support positive within you, follow that course. If you can look at the world around you with an objective viewpoint, then continue to take that course.

All is moving forward in positive ways beyond any imaginings. The earth is pleased with the efforts so many of you are making at helping her heal in a relatively calm way. She needs to continue to have your support and love each day by touching her and giving her your love and energy.

When it comes to trying to figure out which way to go, which way to live, which way to express the changes going on within and without, it is best to take things to the simplest point...to take your expectations, motivations and actions to the basics and that is love. By taking the approach to whatever is in front of you with the answer, reaction and thought of "how can love be a part of this", the connection that is created to the all, the creator, the oneness of everything brings inspiration and resolution as well as a sense of peace.

It is not about how we respond exteriorly to stimuli that is the important thing as we move closer to higher consciousness and understanding, but how we respond inside connected to our soul that ultimately brings us closer to conscious creation of our world and our experiences.

Allow yourself the time to digest and appreciate on a conscious level what there is positive in your world.
Forgive your own flaws as well as the flaws of people, places and things around you, consciously letting go of the hurt and anger of emotions.
Look to the ways each of you are led to calm the negative emotions and surround yourselves with those tools.
Be gentle with yourselves as this is a push, pull sort of growth process having seemingly great success one minute and set backs the next.
Once again, allow yourselves to rest.

We will help to bring your emotional stability back into balance when requested as you acknowledge the negative that is reigning at any given moment and request the aid and assistance.

As you endeavor to move forward doing, thinking and acting out of a place of heart felt love for all things around you, peace takes over on a more consistent basis and living in this world where change and chaos seem to be at every turn will not affect your inner world of being. This process takes time and so we say again, be gentle with yourself. It s about getting back into the flow within that is the most tiring part of this as the human condition at this juncture is still attempting to transverse this new way of being and living with the energies that only support love in all it's forms.

Read other sources of inspiration as a way to see the thread of truth about what is happening as we move closer to love. Realize the chaos that you see around you is the outward expression of fear being released from the souls of those still in resistance to the changes in energies. Give aid and comfort when you can, rest when you feel weary and drained and above all, remember the peace inside as a haven for your heart and soul as you help project this heart felt love to all.

Bless each of you. Know that we are here, in many different forms, as companions, guides, teachers, and fellow travelers in spirit.

If you all have a need to rest, breathe deeply and perhaps cry with the changes that are taking place in and all around you, know that it is a build up to the release of negativity inside and will subside within a few days.

The energy that is moving around now is strong and filled with mutable potentials for your creations. It is taking some time for all of you to learn how to use this new energy to create the positive desires in your lives. It is easier and more natural for the energies to release and dissipate any negative energy that may be in or around you from other dimensions or lives happening simultaneous to this one.

These last few months and the next few to follow are like stepping stones leading the planet and all of you into a new way of being. The way the world is going to operate is different now then the way you will see it in a few of your years. Hearts and minds are opening up to a more fluid, friendly, compatible way of operating with each other. Some of those that are not prone to working from the heart of things will have the hardest transition. Those that continue to grow and change with the new energies being generated from within the earth and from the exterior being sent to the earth will transition in steps and will only have mild discomfort as they release all of the negative ways of the past. The feminine principle of dealing with each other, including nurturing and love will be the way this planet will function and war and disease will be a thing of the past within 100 of your years.

The milestone has been passed and you are all in for a glorious outcome so hold on to your faith and love for each other. Those of us seen and unseen that will appear to help from time to time in this communion of transition will show you possibilities and potentials for dealing with the new as well as releasing the old when asked.

It is with great pleasure that I come to address a few issues that are important for each of you to absorb into your being. The last few weeks have been a time of change and vibrational shift not only around you, but inside of you as well. The hope of those of us in the angelic realms is that you take the time to rest, treat your body with care and make a positive intent to eat the right foods that will digest easily and will allow the newness to settle into your cells. If you eat heavier then normal as many did over your last day of celebration, your intestines will fill with some gas and cause some delayed discomfort.

As you prepare for the next phase of energy that will hit the planet on the eighth day of the eighth month, you will once again need to be gentle with yourself. If you can stay to yourself more often, it will also bring an easier balance for you.

There are those of you about to embark on a new way of being, a new way of expressing yourselves and a new destination point in your planning. The destination point will be more of a letting go of a goal, letting go of the concept of plan, and more of a freedom in the journey. The destination will take care of itself. It will be presented to you in concrete form. Those that will be included on your journey will come forth and make themselves known to you most likely by the end of this 2008 year. As the comfort of connection and vibration settles with these new partners, locations or livelihoods you will feel that you have finally stepped into the newness that you have been waiting for patiently over the last few years.

As we move closer to the summer solstice of this year, it is imperative for each of you to find a quiet space and time to reflect on what has been and what is yet to come. Each of you will be given snippets of ideas, insights and ways to help you move forward in whatever projects you are currently engaged in. You will be given guidance, if you ask for it, to help you move forward in your purpose and above all, you will be impressed with a sense of peace and knowing that your efforts have not been misguided or gone unnoticed by those around you seen and unseen.

It is not necessarily the big events that always mean the most in giving strength and comfort but the moments of peace that shore us up for the next step. Seek out gatherings of like minds, bring together in fellowship, love and appreciation for all that you have and honor the changes that are leading you all to a wondrous outcome.

The path to paradise is not always paved in gold or glitter. Sometimes there are rocks that need to be moved out of the way to continue on. Sometimes the road seems steep and we look around for an easier way. The easier way is a choice, although it may take longer, but know that no matter what you choose, if your heart and intent are on love, upliftment and a spiritual connection to the all in all things, your path will always lead to the paradise you envision.

The next few years are to be filled with creations of great magnitude. The earth is ready for the new life that each of you are creating. She is preparing for the positive changes and although she cries at times, and shows frustrations as she heals, she nonetheless has decided to remain steadfast in allowing humanity to continue the experiment created so long ago. The end times have been erased and what each of you create now marks the beginning of the new. Be diligent in your creations, making them positive and filled with light. Monitor your emotions, choosing to give no energy to the negative and when you are feeling tired and overwhelmed, rest and distract your mind with only positive images as much as possible.

We are here in great numbers, those of us coming to this place, with many different names, all ready to assist each and every one, sharing love and support on your great and momentous journey. Each of you has a vibration that allows you to connect with different unseen help. Ask, in love and positive intent, for guidance and it will be so.

Those that can house different energies are available to help you find your own connection, to be as a brother or sister, or to give you confirmation when you have doubt. Seek them out and trust your own inner sense as to who you feel connected to. There are many guides for you, seen and unseen. Now more then ever, it is time to open up your hearts in preparation for the wonders of the newness on the horizon.

Be steadfast and hold on to faith in positive regardless of what seems to be in front of you. As you do so, the negative diminishes or vanishes, for the power that you have inside creates now in a blink of an eye as you trust more and more.

It is with great respect and honor that I post the last part of the The Next Ten Years of Light Book that was channeled to me from 2000 - 2002. I am told that the elements are as valid now as when they were given to me and I hope that they will be of help to all of you. The Council has been a great comfort and guidance in this endeavor and continues to uplift and give suggestions for all of us as we transverse these new waters in our transforming consciousness. God Bless you all and as my grandmother always said..."Through the cracks come light". Allow the light to come through each of you, even if you feel "a little cracked" from time to time.

The Next Ten Years of Light- Chapter Ten

KNOW THAT WE ARE ALL A PART OF THIS CHANGE THAT IS TAKING PLACE. THE VEIL GROWS TRANSLUCENT AND THE SEPARATION BETWEEN CREATIONS BECOMES NIL. WE CAN HELP EACH OTHER, AND MORE AND MORE IT WILL BE AND IS AS EASY AS A THOUGHT.

For all of us that have entered into this place called Earth at this time, let us assure you that you are where you should be and have chosen to be. It is no mistake that you live at a time of great change, great newness, great opportunity, and great blessing. As we move further into the two thousands of your time, the more aware each and every one of you will be to our existence, and we will find it a pleasure to work with each of you. There are so many that have chosen to aid your planet in the newness of change. Some look to you as a model, an opportunity to learn how so many different seeded beings of plant, animal, and insect can exist on one place, and then to add humans into the mix of differences.

Each being has its evolution in growth back to the source. Rarely are they done all together in one location of expression. It gives us great joy to know that the expression of life here is moving so rapidly in the direction of light.

It seems to many of you that the pain of emotions that have fear as the base, such as anger, disappointment, disgust, sadness, and hate, all are a part of the influx of extra energy that has been given to the planet itself in order for it to keep from exploding apart. When a doctor gives you a cure that hurts badly, the only way you continue the treatment is the knowing that the pain will fade and the outcome will be better and brighter than if the doctor had done nothing at all. Do not feel that you are helpless and are an observer in this process.

Make an effort to take small positive steps in any direction that has love as a base and love as a conclusion. First, be sure that the motive is out of love and not ego or fear of retribution or self-aggrandizement. Whenever you do a small thing, in your eyes, in a pure state of mind, know that it is as large and is as important as anything you can envision as an important event. There is no measuring in the scheme of the universal plan and all good is equal. If you plant a flower and love that flower as you are planting it, it is as important to the growth of all in this place as if you fed a million starving children with love.

For all of the light workers, know that as the veil grows finer, there will be more need for your guidance to those beginning what they view as a new pathway. It is merely a matter of them reconnecting with what they already know in their DNA, but has been either blocked or disguised for eons. Take heart in the energy ups and downs as they produce some interesting physical differences.

Perhaps there will be a need for more sleep at one time, less at another.
There may be more food intake with loss of weight or less food intake and weight gain.
There may be sensitivity to light and dark.
There may be a constant feeling of change that will surround you on all levels at all times.
There may be skin rashes or changes in sensitivity.
There may be an overabundant desire to have fellowship with like minds on a regular basis.

This is why you have been advised to live in the now. Things become less confusing and seem perfectly normal when looked at in the moment. Organs of kidneys and liver will seem bigger and more sensitive to energy vibration. Allow the choice that your body makes for food and liquid nourishment.

Once the veil is lifted — and the shock will not be as large as you would imagine — there will be a new sense of comradeship with all life, as was meant to be, and a new resolve to grow and learn, moving closer and closer to light through love.

Chapters 3, 10, 9, 8, the first part of 4, then 6, 2, and 1 were written prior to September 11, 2001. On October 9, 2001, I was asked to re-read chapter 6, which talks of loving everything and accepting the divine plan in all things.

There have been different channeled materials that have stated ` that so many more souls could have left the planet on September 11 than actually did. The percentage of loss is marked in the thousands, not the tens of thousands as it could have been. The wake-up call for all of us is evident: to work harder at loving; to take the blinders off to be more aware of the important world wide human issues; and to continue to give our prayer, meditations, and energy to the best for all concerned to bring this planet into harmony. Our work is not done by any means. Our resolve must be stronger, and we must not become disheartened. Many are here to help, and the outcome is ultimately a return to the source that is harmony and all love.

Chapter 7, the rest of chapter 4, and, finally, chapter 5 were completed by the end of January, 2002. It may be important to some to read these again in this order to experience the chronology of the channelings.

The truths that have been imparted are timeless, and my hope is that on whatever level one receives this material, it will assist growth and understanding.

It is time that all of you sit back and take stock of what you have and not of what you are missing. The more you see the things that are already there in the areas that you wish to manifest, the more you bring like items and events into visual and physical form.

As many have been saying, it is what we put our energy and focus on that creates more of the same. When stress and frustration cloud our minds, we are putting energy into things that create more stress and frustration. Picture a time and event that gave you great joy and re-create it in your mind and continue to focus on that for at least 7 seconds without going back to the negative reactions and feelings even for a second. By doing so, you will lift the heart into connection with divine elements and release fear, negativity and doubt from your field.

We have been watching all of you on this place you call Earth for many eons and find that the greatest gifts you offer each other are humor in the face of disaster, a helping hand from a stranger, a moment of true connection from the smile of a child and above all the ability to continue to pick yourselves up out of the dirt of everyday occurrences and allow your soul to move you forward.

Each and everyone of you play such an important role in creating the heaven on earth you so wish for yourselves. When things seem to be out of sync, spiraling downward, blocked or stalled, don't waste time trying to figure out "what you have done wrong", but instead just continue to do whatever it takes to remain positive and send it out and cultivate it within. When the joys and peace reign within and around you, there will always be an explanation that will explain to you why the journey that you took to get there was a part of your creation.

Eat well, with natural foods, rest a great deal as transformation takes a great deal of energy and strain on the physical body and laugh whenever, wherever and however possible. It is the best healing mechanism all possess and it stimulates all areas of the body, mind and soul to connect with the God energy that is the material that all creation emanates from. Once you are connected then the inspiration and joy that touches you gives you a pure perspective and insight as you bring that into your dealings with each moment of experience.

We feel the need within so many of you for confirmations that each of you are "making progress" in this endeavor and the constant questions about timing and personal success flood the ethers. We are doing our best to help you learn how to bring about the manifestations you seek and

The most recent events that have taken place on the earth surfaces including the volcanoes, earthquakes, tornadoes and cyclones are disturbing for many, sad for all and are events that can bring fear into the hearts of those that have compassion and love as well as those without any understanding.

Know that it is of utmost importance now for those of you that can see a bigger perspective on life and the essence of living, to keep the fear away....not to ignore or close your hearts to the suffering, but on the contrary to fill your hearts with love and light and send it to those areas that are experiencing the great devastation.

Some of the fear that arises, comes from memories of other existences where this sort of passing has been a part of your script even though there may not be an awareness on the conscious level of this taking place. Release your fear and sorrow in the ways we have told you before or in the ways that work best for you. If you go into a quiet place, you will be led to it.

If in your daily plays or landscape, something comes to you that is encouraging you to be of physical aid to these areas, follow your heart. If it is only on the news or in passing that you hear and see these things, always see light going to the area. Picture the light as white and almost like a swirling or hug that surrounds the land as a whole. If a story comes to view about an individual situation, do the same with that.

Wringing of the hands over the potentials of the earth's changes will not lessen or bring peace and will definitely not turn the tide of lessening the changes. It will only create more of them then there needs to be to cleanse the planet and allow her to heal.

Weather patterns are a result, consequence or means by which negative is pulled away from this planet of accumulated thought, as all things are in one degree or another, as creation explores itself.

Be mindful of your conscious thoughts, my dear friends. This is your time to see great growth and miracles. These changes have been much less then the potentials that were being created could have been. Continue to make them less and less and spread only love to those people, places and things that you meet and touch each day.

Send a blessing and gratitude to the souls that have passed over from this plane. Their choices to be a part of this passing is one to honor as are all passings of this nature.

When it's time to allow the blessings to enter into our world and consciousness, it is because we let go of all the memories of "I don't deserve." We let the words and the inspirations that are given to us from friends, loved ones and most especially spiritual writings to resonate in our hearts and with that we make a release that allows the blessings to flow.

For so long the ego has been in charge of so much more then it was intended and because of free will , the effects of separation, or should it be said the feelings of separation, have grown and have imprinted themselves on our genetic structure, our unconscious and our conscious minds.

Those of us no longer in human physical form, have a better perspective and are able to see the bigger picture along the path that humankind is embarking upon. We have access to, on a more tangible basis, the records of many civilizations that have come before and can see and understand more of where the evolution of the soul and human consciousness is progressing toward. As each individual "you" realizes and lives a more "we" sort of life, with the camaraderie of true and loving friends, the "we" of existence imprints new and delightful scenarios and releases and nullifies the old.

As each of you finds the best connection to release at the moment in various ways and forms, the underlining love at the foundation of all , has a chance to emerge. It is always the simplest of notions that have been the most important to embrace and usually the one most discarded. The ego wants many words, the heart and soul need only few. Jesus and any other great teachers said "Love one another. That was simple. That is simple.

Love self, accept full responsibility for the play you have created, say I'm sorry for the things that aren't coming from pure intent or manifesting in a positive way due to whatever it is in your being that is out of connection and then be grateful and give thanks for the healing that you receive by the love that you give to your being.

We find ways to help inspire, comfort and guide through channels and personal contact in dreams and synchronicities. There is more help then you can possibly imagine available for each and every one of you. Just ask and watch for the signs each day...a chance meeting, a song on the radio, hearing a statement said to another that fits perfectly for you, a book on the shelf that speaks to you, an animal that speaks to you in its way and many many more. Be open to the guidance and watch the sun shine on you giving rays of light to brighten you path.

It doesn't matter whether the energies are askew or if you are feeling like a brick is holding you down or if the moments seem endless in the state of waiting for the next step to occur. What is important is that you remain steadfast in putting out positive to those around you, especially to those you love, to send light and only light to the world and its leaders without judgement as to what the universe and the earth is going to do with the light.

Know that the intuition and inner guidance is available for you as long as you strive to trust what you feel when you are in a peaceful state and to not allow yourself to be enmeshed in the negativity and fear that comes up around some of you as you move forward. Let your heart be your guide knowing that all will be unfolding for each by your intent and persistence to positive light.

We do not say that change will not occur for change is really a good thing as it brings the world into balance. Trust that those in the spirit realm and in the other dimensions are with you and here to help the transitions to be as easy as possible. If you put cement around your feet, the jack hammer will have to do its job to get you up and out of the place that is not beneficial for you. If you open your arms and hearts, the changes will be glorious as you look back upon them.

Oneness is a term that is used interchangeably with connectedness and it is important to see the shades of difference in the two as we perceive them. Oneness is what we all are, all apart of the same, expressions of the divine creation, at the infinite level, the same. Connection is an act that puts us into that memory of the oneness, the conscious intent to be one with the oneness in understanding and experience.

In these days ahead we urge you all to find your own ways of connection for it will make the transition you perceive smoother and more joy filled. Grateful hearts for little things expand the heart center which opens it more to receiving the greater blessings. Choosing love instead of anger or fear, choosing to walk away rather then engaging in a battle of words or fists puts one on the path of inner peace. If situations around you are filled with anger and distress, ask for assistance from the divine to show you the way through it and whenever you can, seek time alone with nature or nurturing environments.

We encourage all steps that you take to keep the love growing. Choose to see the positive in all situations. "Even though the material devastation was great, no one was lost. What a blessing." "Even though this event was covered up and hidden for so long, it is now out in the open for healing to begin to take place." These are examples daily that show you the miracles at work during changes when we choose to choose positive.

In one of your ancient books there was a story about turning the other cheek. This idea was about looking at the positive in any situation. It is not just about forgiveness of an error made to or about someone, but more importantly, allowing the soul to see what needed to be healed within the person receiving the slight or wound. If hatred or anger surfaced, it says to look at that anger and be about healing it. Forgiveness is the first step in healing. Love and gratitude completes the rest of the trinity.

The next few months will be filled with events that will seem very confusing to many. Trust that all is moving forward and toward higher understanding and choose to bring like minds around you to soften your days.

It is with great and constant love that we come to you this day. There are so many changes taking place in each of your lives and we know that the times of stress related events increase.

We ask of you to hold on, to make your dreams and wishes for positive to be the paramount agenda in your mind's creation. By this we mean conscious creation; to choose to focus on things that uplift rather then focusing on things that are coming from the ego and the egos of others that can weigh you down and block the flow from the divine that will always and we say always, bring solutions, thoughts of inspiration and power that brings positive manifestation into your life.

It is about releasing, once and for all, the concepts that have hindered you in this dualism. The concepts "If I am good enough, God will" or "If God feels that I have suffered enough, or have passed the test, then I will receive..." are not and we repeat, not from God. God is and always has been the positive constant, unwavering love that is the basis for all things. By God's nature, we are always good enough and one with all goodness and love. The negative and revengeful God concepts are made by thoughts coming out of the ego mind keeping us here deeper in the illusion that we are separate from God, from each other and from everything that is.

It is a difficult transition to make from being an unconscious creator to becoming a conscious one. It is not a straight line and there are many influences that can trap or ensnare us on the pathway. The best rule to follow is that things that are not of love, support and of a positive nature that comes to mind, is ego based and needs to be looked at very closely to see what the lesson or releasing the soul is wishing to do.

We hear many of you saying, "Yeah, but what about the hard things that are happening to me and around me that scares me?" and we say to you, go into the place of the divine and you will see how the feelings of fear and being alone dissipate and with more effort, disappear. See how, within moments or days, new and perfect solutions, new blessings and the knowing of being embraced by the divine takes place in your life. See the stress and dispare dissolve into peace and oneness.

Use your mind to create a dialog on a higher level of existence. Ask, if you choose, to have a guide to assist you on this journey. Allow your inner self to lead you to the place that repesents peace for you in your mind and see that feeling pouring over you as a warm, spring rain washing over you.

This is a tiring process and so sleep and rest is needed. This is a new way to live and so fresh water, fresh food, fresh air and nutrition play an important part in feeding the soul as well. Remember to love yourself and give yourself a chance to regroup in this new way.

See the signs that your own soul will give you as everything we experience comes from the soul's creation. We will talk more on this at another time for it is difficult to embrace this concept without either placing blame on self or rejecting it because we can't see the connection between what we read or see outside of ourselves with our creating it. For now, it is best to use the now moments to create positive in anyway conceivable to counter act any negative that exists in or around each creation.

Pull from our love for you. Know in your hearts that we are all destined to be one with the creator in love and blessed existence. Thank you for your steadfast commitment to unconditional love and find peace in nature that supports your existence.

It is no accident that all channeled materials that you come across as of late, include several of the same concepts that bring us all closer to oneness. The first of them is that being in the now is of utmost importance. The second is that we create everything in our lives as a means for the soul to heal something within us that is in need of healing, such as an emotion, thought or concept that the event is bringing up, or to get closer to understanding and a higher consciousness.

As we, and we with The Council mean we, advance to another state of consciousness, one where living in an existence is living with a knowing of the lack of limitations, living with a full knowing of the allness of each of our souls, and the living with conscious creative intent in manifesting rather then using the unconscious for that purpose, we embark on what has been called the Golden Years...the time when expression of life on this planet is in perfect alignment with the cosmic source of all, the loving creator energy that is the mana of all that is. What a joyous time to be in this experience.

Those in pain and suffering, will , one by one, come out of the old way of thinking and living and those of you in the front line will help to take their hand and guide them from the experiences you have had. Your loving affirmation and joy will be their light to show them that the new way is so filled with possibilities and happiness, that they will gladly let go of all of the things that have limited them.

Now, we understand that as you look out into the world that is being shown to you, the world on the news, the world on the papers that you read, you see a great deal of fear, pain and scenarios that seem to say that all that is happening is not pointing you into a direction of greatness. This is an imbalanced view. This is the view of the tape being ripped off of the old injury. This is seeing the look on one's face as the old bandage is coming off with the momentary pain of the release of the glue on the skin. This is not the total view of the underlining skin that doesn't need a bandage any longer because the wound is healed and in need of light and sunshine. If the bandage with the tape stayed on past the time needed, it would eventually fall off on its own, or the dirt it collects around the edges could irritate the skin and create a new injury that is preventable if removed.

We of The Council and many others that watch, aid when appropriate and offer guidance whenever asked, see the new fresh world that is being created by each one of you willing to open your eyes to these concepts and bringing them into your hearts, minds and actions. We encourage you to see the plan that is coming through different writings that shows the path to these Golden Years talked about so long ago in your ancient writings.

Remember, dear and sweet beloved souls, that this expression is a part of a multidimensional playground of possibilities that as you move further along on this opening of consciousness, will enable you to travel by mind to heal and gain insights from the other expressions to bring about more love and peace in this one.

This planet is about to have a huge transformation by opening up the eyes of all that reside on her with changes in the way the masses think about this life. We, as many, will make our presence know more and more in great and dramatic ways as the world becomes ready for this leap into a better understanding of the make up of creation.

With love, the masses will see the aid and guidance. With trust, we will all be one and with transformation, we will all share great understanding.

Seek out all these different writings to see the similarity. Listen to those that bring more of this information in person to feel the vibration that comes with the information.

Love and connect, as always, with the earth, for she is the greatest living and breathing testament of the expression of oneness you can tap into and feel. The love she needs to continue her chosen purpose is constant and as we give and share love and conscious support and appreciation, the easier her job becomes. She has taken on so much of the negativity from all of those who reside on her, to transmute and return love that she becomes over burdened and some of the negative responses that you see in the weather are the spilling out of that negativity that she was not capable of transmuting quickly enough.

My friends, you have no idea how easily this change is taking place. What seemed to be the "future" for this place was much different then what you see. Even though there is a great deal of work to do, and some of the beings that reside here are stubborn and not willing to change away from using power and possession as their expression, replacing it with love and oneness, the majority of you are helping all of us help you make this change.

Be of love and positive purpose. Do whatever you can whenever you need it, to release fear. Trust that you are not alone for you aren't. More and more, you will see the manifestations in your life coming from a place of miracles and the desires that you put out flow easily to you with love.

And so the time of renewal, birth, connection, and over all feelings of new beginnings comes over all of you as these next few months bring in your hopes, wishes and desires. Check your thoughts and remember what you have asked for, for now the energies are very strong and conducive to bringing you just whatever that is.

As you walk with this new feeling of creative empowerment, choose to focus yourself on a conscious level whenever you can. The ability to manifest in a more rapid fashion from a conscious viewpoint is always somewhat of a stop and go process as you refine your approach to things around you. Going into the heart of your desires, with sincere connection to the source, God, Creator, Great Spirit, is a must to insure that your soul 's oneness with the all is powering this new train that is beginning to have momentum and speed.

When things of a joyous nature manifest, affirm the "Yes, this is great and I am grateful for this opportunity to share this joy" instead of the ego reaction of old that says "I can't believe this has finally happened". Affirmation and gratitude are keys to connection while separation is ego's Manna.

It is always difficult to realize that as we stay connected and use whatever tools we need to do that, that we then express that connection through ego. It is when we express from ego that things get somewhat confused, misinterpreted and our soul has to go through a process of creating scenarios in our life to help us see that we need to be God inspired coming through ego. The system becomes less and less difficult to live daily as we flood our senses with concepts, tools and experiences of connection and oneness.

When you hear a bird chirping outside the window and your attention is drawn to it, let yourself "imagine" what the bird is saying to you or listen to the music she is singing and feel the beauty of the song. There are so many examples that our soul gives us to help us tap into that sacred, peaceful, intuitive, connected place if we just take the time to see it.

If you have noticed, the word we has been used quite frequently this day. All creation on all planes of existence and dimensions follow this coming through ego from divine not from ego or individuality as conciousness rises.

We rejoice in the time we share with you and endeavor to present ideas, suggestions and guidance to assist you through your heart to greater connection thereby giving you greater success in all endeavors, an easier road to travel as transformation and changes take place and above all to help raise the understanding that we all are one, brothers and sisters if you will, in this vast expression of God.

For those of you especially at the meeting a few days ago and also for anyone reading this now:

We would like you all to understand that the purpose of the encounters with those of us on the unseen realms and planes are to prepare you for the future of the planet and the future of your consciousness as you move forward as an entity of expression.

The souls that have chosen to use this place as an expression of thought, ideas and experience in all its forms, have decided that it is time to remove some of the blocks in understanding; to remove blocks in possibilities and to allow communication not only with those of us on different planes of existence but also for those on different dimensional planes. The universe is vast and filled with life in many forms and as humanity on this place becomes more aware of not only the existence of different expressions on different planets by coming in contact, but also by confirmed and accepted as the norm, the more the possibilities within the next several years take form.

You, my friends, are coming to a place in understanding within 50 of your years of the vastness of God in all forms and the multidimensional nature of all existence. It is with great pride and pleasure that we are entrusted to be here for the birth of this knowledge, not by just a few, but by the majority. This awareness, as it has on so many other experiments of consciousness, changes the paradigms of living and sharing with all levels.

The uniqueness of this place you call Gaia, Earth, Home, is that there are so many seeded beings from so many different "beginnings" of consciousness and all join together with the common thread of evolving, growing, and exploring on this planet of beauty and splendor. The tapestry of earth humanity is so vast and complex and yet so simple not only in its essence, but also in its path. Duality is the parameter in which all is played on this place using different vibrations of the same energy. It has been played out in different octaves, through different instruments constantly being a part of the whole.

It is now the choice to move away from an experience of duality and it is now a time of moving to triality. In this definition, it means that as one walks in duality, choosing becomes first about connection to the divine center, oneness, and then choosing love in all its forms. It is not about there not being a choice to experience fear in all its forms , but it's about connecting to source which is love and then being inspired and one with that love that translates in manifestation on this place.

There are those of you that have already not only understood this, but have embraced it and are moving toward living it with more and more breaths each of your days. We exist as coaches, if you will, sometimes teachers making suggestions, sometimes observers of this wondrous transformation, and always in a place of honoring each of you.

As we measure and witness this transformation, we find that it is appropriate and fitting that we aid and assist as hands open wide to encourage the first steps with support right there with you if you stumble.

There are many that can show you different ways to help you connect to the source and each of you can discern which approach works best with your own set of "seeds" that have been planted within. Try several to find the one that connects with your own soul, always respecting the rights of others to find their way knowing that there are many avenues that lead to the same objective.

It seems as if the times and events are drawing together more and more where the female energies of the planet are joining and aligning with the female energies within each and every human. It is a journey for each man and woman to readjust to the changing of the wave of purpose and experience that each creation will begin to manifest.

It is important that each of you know that all has a purpose in the cycle of this planet. Now that the feminine is taking its place in the changes that are beginning to happen, the good of the masculine will remain while the balance, so long needed of the feminine, will replace the negative of the masculine energies not only on this planet with the effects bringing great change and ultimate peace, but also within each human.

Balance by its very nature is a process, not an instantaneous, momentous event. As the feminine has been expanding since the middle part of your last century, so will the changes continue to occur after 2012. As a date in your time is really only a marker from your perspective and not one of actual existence, and only created as a analogy for understanding, so should you use this as a celebration of balance for things speed up now and changes of wonder and awe take place each day.

Cherish the insights that come to you. Cultivate your inner life with meditation, trust and love. Let your ego melt away into the oneness of all things and take every opportunity to share heart in activities, ceremony, everyday actions, mental thought and expression. We know that you feel as though this phase of balancing will never be completed. In a sense, it won't. The need for all of you to readjust to a new way of seeing life is just the beginning of a beautiful future living with intent manifesting in three dimensional space with five dimensional awareness. It isn't only the surrounding energies that need to be aligned on a daily basis, but the whole planet is coming into a new way of expression changing much of the dynamics that you humans have been accustomed to for a great many years.

This process of change has been taking place for over 50 years and is speeding up as we approach the cosmic changes that will effect the energy base of this planet in the next few years. Be pleased with the overall process as it is going smoothly. Many eyes that have been previously focused only on material living and mental thinking are now being opened in mass numbers changing the overall acceptance and receptivity to things that once would have been considered superstition or overactive imagination.

We look forward to the many happenings that will have your scientists baffled, but enlightened to the errors in calculations. They will begin to come forward voicing the need to change their approach and attitude toward many things.

We come forward in great numbers, those of us on this side of experience, to aide and guide you through these times. Some of us have memory of similar changes from different places and are able to suggest better ways to prepare. As giving birth requires some pain, most come through the experience holding their new baby, knowing how blessed the event is. You will all feel as if you have been blessed after your labor pains and we are here, as many others are in, around and on your planet, to keep the discomfort to a minimum. Above all, know that the way to counteract fear about anything is to find something or someone or someplace to help activate loving action.

For those of you where spring begins we ask that you find more time in your daily lives to share your energies with the out of doors. For those of you where the winter is beginning we ask you to meditate on what you wish to release and send energies to the earth through the evergreens wherever you reside. Take the time to walk in the air and breathe in the newness.

It is about time for your lives to take on new parameters, new openings and most of all new possibilities. Be careful in this allowing, to see no boundaries or limits around you. Just because you do not understand how something can manifest in your life, it doesn't mean that it isn't there for you.

Allow the oneness of all to fulfil the best path for you and be grateful for the steps that are leading up to this manifested fulfillment. Joy is the word to use each day. I am filled with joy is almost a mantra, an affirmation, a prayer to claim each day as this is coming closer to you. See it for it is there. Know it for it is there. Be it because you can bring it NOW into your sliver of soul reality that you are experiencing daily. Once you claim your joy, feel the power that it possesses.

You are standing in the midst of many along side of you urging you on to embrace this new way of living, this new way to create. You are now creating with conscious intent and we feel so blessed to watch you take more and more steps, becoming more sure footed in the knowing. We remain there for you to assist whenever you ask.

There are so many opening now to join you and so many hearts beginning to "see" that there is a better way to experience this world in which all of you have come to share expression. The Next Ten Years of Light- Chapter Nine

WORRY NOT

In the scheme of all things, we all know that worry is a fruitless occupation and is only an excuse to stay in the same rut on our record of life. Since there really is no time, only the illusion, then there is no need to worry about getting this or that done now or to beat ourselves up after the allotted time has passed to accomplish a task. If we but look at the task as an experience, then we see it as an opportunity, once again, to focus on the now of the event and to put our input into the part we are to play in that event.

When we say, “Don’t worry” and that “since there is no time…really…,” it could lead many into using this concept as an excuse to sit around and mope, hide, or lay dormant. If that is the choice we make when a task is presented to us, then that is the path or the learning we are experiencing at that time. The key here is to realize that we are choosing to do nothing. It, in itself, is not a mistake, but unless we put the conscious mind into realizing that it was our choice, then we may keep repeating this scenario over and over again. Repeat issues, even if the names and places are different, are opportunities for us to choose again. Consciously choosing to look at our last choice and to make a different one this time leads to more growth and propels us along a new path.

Worry not! We may spend days, weeks, years, or lifetimes making the same choices. Our soul will try to give us new scenarios to appear different so that we can see things from a different perspective and maybe that will propel us to make changes. The process is continuous, and any choice we make ultimately gives us experience .

Worry not! There is no final judgment that says “You have blown it my friend…move over…someone else’s turn is about to begin.” The infinite gives infinite opportunities. The creation of creation is innately infinite in all possibilities, changes, objectives, or anything the mind can conceive.

If one chooses to stay in a worry mode, then the reasons are within the thing we are worrying about. The emotional component of the concept “worry” is in itself a red marker (talked of in an earlier chapter) for it tries to focus us on the event that we are worried about. The key here is to be able to say, “Let me look at this event and use my mind and soul to bring clarity into my now.”

Let me give you an example. Suppose you are about to embark on a trip of great distance and you are worried about leaving your family behind. You say to yourself, “Can they get along without me? Will everything work out well if I’m not there? Will they have any distress over my absence? Will Johnny get to baseball practice on time? Will Sara Jane cry if I’m not there to put her to sleep? If the plane crashes and I die, will they blame me?” All of these worries scream issues of self-importance, control, and change. If we look at the issues and spend some time on them, we may be able to make other choices in our everyday dealings and thus give the soul a new lesson learned to use as a positive example in future endeavors. As long as the worry continues, the longer we need to look at the issues surrounding the event that initiated it in the first place.

Worry subsides with action. If, after looking at the issues in the now that seemed to create the response of worry, it continues, follow the steps for releasing fear in chapter 3. As with any “road marker” called emotion, it has a tendency in this physical world to hold on tightly, and it usually takes action on the part of the individual soul to release it. Sometimes we just wait it out, and the time and other life events change our focus so that it appears to us that we are no longer worrying. In actuality, it has just gone into our cells and registers as an imprint to sneak up on us again at a later date. It is important to release these road markers from our unconscious storage bins.

Another way to release worry and other stored stuff (that needs to be released) is to have bodywork done by light workers. There are a variety of modalities available. The important thing is to find the best connection for you. While you are in meditation for release, ask for a modality or worker to be shown to you and then follow the lead. Sometimes you will be led to a place that will help you learn about a certain modality that is not already residing in your conscious mind. Follow the path and you will be led. Remember…we all have those seen and unseen that are there to help and guide us if we but only ask and are receptive to the guidance. It is not always a clear ABC type of answer, but there is always an answer.

Why is it so difficult for many to say three words. I love you or I am sorry. It also seems that following I am sorry with a response of I forgive you is important as well. Now we understand that this is not a new idea and we acknowledge that many of you imbrace this in your daily living, but how often do you say it to yourselves? How often in an effort to grow and change do you look at your past not as a learning ground to make a better choice today, but as a brand that you allow yourself to carry forever? It is easy to say in mind that I let go of it, or I am going to walk forward, but it is the mind that actively heals things through the heart connectors, not the other way around. Without an open heart, the marks remain.

It is very easy to stay in a mind place, an intellectual understanding place for humans and it is often an escapest location rather then living from the heart which is more difficult and at times through experience rought with bumps and brusies. It is however the most rewarding of all approaches and is ultimately where the conciousness of humanity is heading at a tremendous rate. It is not of the romantic heart that we speak of, although as an expression, it is the one most embraced and coveted by most in human form, but it is the generousity of heart, the unconditional acceptance without judgement, even where disernment guides us to stay clear of the individual, idea or place, that is where we are all headed.

Some of us imbrace the different. Some of us seek out the possibilities and potentials in looking at things in a variety of ways. That is fine when it is coming from the heart. It is a trap when it is merely an intellectual exercise, not because it is "wrong" but because it can lead us away or distract us from the original purpose.

As we know, all is learning and all is illusion in this grand play. We just seek to be a reminder on this day to review and revise what you wish and intend your approach to be. Tomorrow the energies begin to shift again toward action and reviewing takes a back seat. Have a blessed day wherever you are and choose I love you and I am sorry in all it's forms.

I have been guided almost on a hourly basis to be in a receptive mode to those who want to share insights from the spiritual realms. Many of the folks I meet each day are seeking more and more to become a part of finding positive ways to raise their awareness of the spiritual potentials around them. Even as I write this, I feel the love and influence of spirit giving us all support and a push to feel, understand and affirm that we are not alone, that there is help and guidance around us, seen and unseen, and that we need to let go of the old dogmas and limitations that our egos have created over time.

Let us all travel on the wave of change that surrounds us claiming that whatever is going on in our lives is bringing us closer to manifesting our hearts, and more importantly our soul's, desires.

I think it is time to realize that as we get closer to your full moon and then into the new month of March and see the fruits of the labors manifest, that it is time to also give back to the universe in any way we can. What is meant by this is that as all things are cyclical, so should the giving and receiving of abundance. As things in your life become more fluid and filled with success and joy, seek out ways to bring success and joy to others. Ask for the way that your inner guidance chooses you to do so and trust that you are continuing and multiplying the flow to you.

As your heart continues to open and you resolve heart chakra issues around you, let it touch those each day with a smile, a word of encouragement or if in an appropriate setting, a touch of the hand, arm or shoulder; preferably the right one. This will help to activate the energy connectors allowing more opening to take place in the person being touched as their soul calls for it. Soul touching Soul is never too much as each soul takes what is needed or required at that time. It should always be done with respect for another and only with permission.

On the eve of your day that many of you have designated for love, see the heart energy flood to those places on the earth in need and creations that are struggling with the changes taking place. The Next Ten Years of LIght- Chapter Eight

LET THE TIME THT IS IN FRONT OF YOU HAVE ONLY THE IMPORTANCE THE TIME BEHIND YOU HAS. LET THE NOW TIME ENGULF YOU.

It truly is amazing that we as a people of humans from the beginning of time (and maybe that is the key to the issue), measure importance in terms of events either past or future. We tend to see ourselves as creatures ruled by these two things. Will what we have done yesterday harm or improve our today…if we do this or that will it make tomorrow better? Are our lives worth it because we left a legacy of events in our past that propel people after us? Now, of course, we can say that since we are in this time thing that it has its own set of rules and parameters. This may be true, but we are forgetting the most important thing. We are in charge of our minds and souls, and how we choose to proceed in this time thing is a choice.

We can choose to see things any way we want to see them. If we weight tomorrow or yesterday any more importantly then today, then the balance is off and we have a bit of a lopsided growth process. We can’t change the events of yesterday and all we really can control is our response, thoughts, and actions of the now. Tomorrow has its own now which isn’t here yet and yesterday has its place only in vibrational memory.

The weight of not being able to release stuff from yesterday puts a shadow or pattern on today or the now. Many mediums and psychics can see potentials of the future in someone’s individual life or the life of the world with its events only because of these patterns that seem to be written. Too many of us believe that there is a great big certain outcome out there that poor little us can’t do anything about. Wrong! If the pattern of mankind is continually repeating a destructive pattern, destruction comes. If, consciously, we, either together or separately choose in our own now to pick constructive means to deal with events that happen to us, then we help to raise the consciousness of the all of humankind to make a positive change and thereby change the negative future that was seen in a vision.

So what do we do to live in the now? We remember some basic principles consciously as often as possible:

· How I live in this moment is most important.
· Bringing love into every situation is an answer in itself.
· Releasing one’s ego so we can see clearly the loving answer, no matter how hard it may seem to be, brings us the most peace.
· Releasing any guilt we may have about any thought, word, or deed that lives in the past, can allow us to make a new start with each now event that takes place.
· Finding some method of realignment with the God within each day will set up a good vibration around me.

We must consciously look to enjoy each moment in the now of it all, for we know that growth comes from every moment we experience. We are not alone…ever.

It's time for each of you to realize that your future is in your hands, is in front of you and is of your own creation. This is an exciting time for us to be a part of this grand experiment of all the wonderful manifestations of mind and conciousness, coming together, sharing the experience of duality and at this very moment, moving into 5th dimensional living creating a bridge that allows those who wish to continue learning through 3D to remain a bit longer while those of you willing to open up your possibilities to grander and more far reaching potentials in multi-dimensional living to cross over the bridge and to begin to build a new way of living your life. Each day is like a lantern shining on this bridge lighting your path. Each encounter you experience takes on double and triple meaning leading you to synchronistic guidance. Things that once were viewed as miracles become everyday possibilities.

It takes about 3 more of your years before the feeling of constant peace abides within. You are all in a transitional stage and are doing quite nicely in adjustment as we view your vibratory systems. There will be some lack of understanding of what you are feeling or why you are feeling certain emotions, but within a day or two, if you ask, you will be shown, or told, perhaps through someone else in conversation, or by something you are lead to read, what the reason was for that odd emotion that seemed out of context.

Know that when you hear a bird before spring, see a butterfly in February in 30 degree weather, watch a fox or a deer or a rabbit come into your view or have a cat or dog adopt you, that this is very natural now for as you are gravitating to new and different energies, so are the other kingdoms.

Don't fret when it seems as if the ones you love seem to walk away from you. They may still be in need of the 3D experience in depth and will catch up and come over the bridge when it is time. Expect the unexpected to come and fill your life with love and joy. Expect the river to flow to new and exciting destinations. Expect your hopes and desires to manifest quickly and therefore....be careful about your creations. Be ready to have what you have asked for in the past few years to come around you now. You will have plenty of time and ability to revise your creations, because as you become more aware of the power you have in your conscious co-creative abilities, the faster you will adjust your requests. It has been by design that your past creations have seemingly taken a slower manifestation in your "time" for if they were as instantaneous as they will become, you, only using your subconscious, would be in a state of chaos trying to revise and change.

Be gentle with yourselves as you transverse these next few months. The physical system will need more rest, especially for those of you sharing a great deal of light, offering aid and assistance to those souls asking for your guidance in whatever form it is taking.

Know that love and support is with you constantly. Choose to love and comfort yourselves as you comfort those that come into your lives in the next few months. There are no accidental meetings. There is design in everything that transpires, more importantly now then ever before. It isn't necessary to understand or analize. It is important to stay in a flexible mode of being. The answers to your questions will come always within a few days. You just need to be receptive to a variety of different modalities of expressions of those answers.

What does it mean to open your heart? Why is spirit urging us all to work on this? It's not about letting your guard down so you can be vunerable as the changes in your life take place. It is about letting the light into your heart by opening it to the new possiblities of upliftment and potentials that your soul is encouraging you to explore. It's about giving room to new and happy and letting go of old and stagnant...stagnant relationships or more precisely the way you relate in these relationships and perceptions of victumization.

We create all that is in front of us on some level or another. If we accept this truth and take responsibility for it, we can move to a place of creating positive with passion and resolve. Do not allow yourself to feel like a victum in any situation as you have created the scenario to GIVE YOURSELF ANOTHER CHANCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENT CHOICE. Each time we choose love instead of fear, laughter instead of blame and hope instead of lack, we take a step closer to being the true alchemists of our lives.

We realize that these are strong words, but we know that it is time for the truth to begin to soak into the 3D world. 3D is a place of illusion, just as time as 4D is also illusion. The more we recognize that what we see in front of us is a part of what our soul has created because we want to learn, experience or share with another, the more we can us our conscious mind to co-create with our soul.

In the next few days you will find a lightness of heart and answers to questions seemingly coming from nowhere.

A new door begins to open as February of your 2008 begins and we wish that you'll take time to give thanks with gratitude for the knowledge and understanding that you have received in the past few months. Growth, at times, seems as rough a process as the flower that pushes through the earth to reach the warmth of the sun. Know that the blossoming flowers that are the fruits of this growth are about to bloom in each heart.

The positive work that each and every one of you have chosen to continue marks well in success and the light flows from hand to hand. The spreading of this light grows with each breath and intent of thought and the harvest within replaces any doubt or fear.

Here are are few things to look for:

There will be more like minds and like energies showing themselves to each of you that feel like you are walking a lone path and with this comes true fellowship and love that sustains and uplifts as the consciousness rises.

Mark your success not by what you hear or read that is happening around you, but by the light and upliftment you see around you each day in the marketplaces and in daily encounters.

Notice that you and those you touch seem to turn toward the positive with little persuasion and smile in a shorter period of time.

Share what tools you have learned whenever asked and when you are feeling drained or empty, retreat and rest.

Your energies will be replenished by merely asking for help and within 12 - 48 hours depending on how depleted you are, your storehouse will be re-filled.

Take time to allow your brain to recuperate, cleanse and heal as you would your body by feeding it well with positive images, positive words and non thought provoking material.

Remember that positive laughter always raises vibrations around us on both sides of the veil so seek it out, and join in.

Above all, notice when you feel love coming to you or through you and wrap yourselves in it like a cloak. It is a guide and a candle when you feel you are enveloped in the unknown helping to lead you to the next step.With great love and support, we leave you now...

A Message from The Council- Choosing the Positive

It is with great love and support that we come to you this day. It is a day of celebration from our perspective in that we are so pleased with the responses of a positive nature to the changes that are taking place. When the human condition seems to be filled with negative events and negative possibilities, it is of a higher consciousness to greet those events with love and positive response instead of adding to the negativity and fear.

When each of you makes a first step to center and stay connected to a divine approach, before allowing fear and its offspring such as anger, worry or hatred to take hold, you counteract the events at least ten fold and perhaps as much as thirty fold all depending on the closeness to the events from where you reside.

There is always a reaction to every action, cause and effect, and as each and everyone chooses to consciously fight against the original unnatural emotion of fear and yet has become programmed from eons of existence, and to focus on something positive or love in one of its many forms instead, the larger effect is a raising of the overall positive which thereby creates success and miraculous outcomes.

Choose to see the love and support in your everyday events no matter how small for it helps to create the big successes in all things personal and global.

MAKING OUR WAY BACK TO THE SOURCE IS A SIMPLE JOURNEY. WE ARE ALREADY THERE.

It is not surprising that the events of the past few months have been shocking not only for the system, but also for the planet in general. (This was written shortly after the events of 9-11.) In an effort to speed up the overall consciousness of the humans in varying parts of the world, the creation of an event in the most minor way possible was allowed to take place in order to align minds and hearts.

Your systems of communication have not brought together as much of the information as needed to all of you at all times. The material is shaded at times and is weighted in proportion to the flavor of the writer’s or spokesperson’s personal and political influences. It is important for all of you to realize that in some ways the truth that is happening in one area of the world is only a perception to anyone not experiencing the event.

Devastation is considered to be in the mind of the beholder. In our eyes, all souls are equal, and all events that lead to a premature departure from this planet are either created by choices made by the people involved or by the vibrational reaction of thought.

When we ask all of you to visualize the planet in love or to see peace or harmony, it is to bring the oneness of the ultimate reality to every being and cell on this planet without weight or value. (Your word is judgment.) We see each as being important…a plant, a cell, a human, and an animal.

The path to the source is written within each of you. It may be blinded to conscious mind, and that is the block that we are helping you to lift, but it is there nonetheless. We are all connected to the source and therefore are a piece of the whole. If you were without a dualistic and physical body, you would see and feel the connection. We on this side, for the most part, have become aware of this although there are still many physical forms throughout the universe in various stages of development that only know this as fact but do not feel it. As you begin to accept these realities as truth on a mental level in greater numbers, the emotional, and finally the physical bodies, will no longer have blocks.

All life will begin to feel the connection and oneness with The All and a new level of evolution will take place. You will move into higher dimensions of existence and rid yourselves of the limitations of the physical dual reality. The lessons and fullness of the experiences will become jewels in your memories, precious and filled with love.

As we sit with you this day, we are reminded of all the stresses and trials each and every one of you has been experiencing as we move this planet and all who are in and on it to a higher vibration. There are those who have prepared and yet are still having the ups and downs of the shift in their lives.

As for those more sensitive to vibrations and to those who have always been a part of the light work in some form for many eons, we ask for patience and love knowing that the outcome is grand and the future for each of you in this process is magnificent. There will be many around you that seem to be reaping the benefits of the positive influences of the shift and we ask you to understand that this is a sign that things are working.

As there seems to be a point where we can feel in our souls that we have reached the top of the mountain and that we will have the joy of experiencing the majesty of the view, we also know that not all have chosen to see it first hand, but chose to hear the tale upon your return feeling blessed in their own right. Remembering the journey up the mountain as wondrous even if at some points it appears difficult, do not let your small setbacks of fear or doubt derail you from the knowing that as you re-focus and continue to put your love as the divine center that all will even out and the joys will be abundant.

1. Take time to relax with things to take your mind off of all the heavy thinking and releasing that is taking place.

2. Allow for more rest when the feeling of being overwhelmed with all of what is going on around you begins to take over.

3. Travel in small circles of like minds, allowing the fellowship to lift you up.

4. Support your physical system with good nutrition and anything supplemental that your body seems to call for…even if it appears to be something that isn’t nutritious as a steady diet…like chocolate or nuts or wheat products. Take them in, in moderation while you continue to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

5. Remember that this is a new way of being that includes breathing good air, connecting with the Earth each day and using whatever and wherever you are led to remain in a constant centered place of peace.

We give you these suggestions as we feel the need in you to have steps and actions that can support your transitions. The hardest thing we have seen in the human expeience is the faltering in trust of the light that shines so constantly through you that will surely guide you through all change. It's the knowing that each soul seeks a journey to bring it to the positive, the light, unconditional love and that we choose the script for this to happen moment to moment. The positive that we choose to live and be is the path our journey takes. Choose with positive intent and love.

We are the Council of Seven. We give guidelines to mark your path in this new of your year. No matter what befalls you, know that you can stay connected to your divine space by using some or all of these concepts and actions. You are truly gifts of and to this world as you shed your light and you honor us in your perseverance and love of the divine. We share this information hoping that you will continue to share it with others on the path giving yourselves some extra support during the times when you feel momentarily lost or confused.

1. Let your light shine wherever you are planted. It is not always the big events that have the most power to elicit change. Being loving and a presence in everyday events spreads light softly.

2. Stop looking for the next step. It will find you and take your hand.

3. Allow your moments to count for much. Whenever you have doubt, relish the awe of the moment through your senses: a smell, a taste, a touch, a sound, a vision, an intuition.

4. Give of your heart in all connections you encounter.

5. Have a sense of wonder and gratitude about the blessings that pour into you.

LOVING ANYTHING MEANS ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT JUDGMENT AND SEEING THE DIVINE PLAN IN IT.

We, as a human race of combined genetic make up of many different seeds of life from many galaxies, have brought into the arena a game of extended learning and blending. We choose to enter this awareness and existence at this level of growth in a three-dimensional vessel, which hinders our true nature to reveal itself on a regular basis. Our tendency is to compare and look around us and view our surroundings, experiences, acquaintances, loved ones, buildings, and nature, all that is, in a comparative form. This produces judgment that is only natural in a three-dimensional, dualistic world.

To overcome the natural state of this physical existence, the mind and soul must join together, continually seeking to break the pattern that has been set up and choose love. In order to do this, we must mentally look for the divine loving spark in all things. It is not an easy thing to do as we are forever challenged by environment and physical stimuli. If we train our conscious mind to look mentally for these traits, we can accept all, as is truly the intent of the seeded soul in the first place.

All experience is coming out of love to teach, to help give understanding, and ultimately to bring us back to the source of all. Accepting and loving without judgment is one of the paths we need to take to open up more of the chakras and the spiritual self to the upper realms of understanding and guidance.

Ultimately, loving anything means loving everything, and with that comes the acceptance of the divine plan in all things, all creations, all cells, all that is.

A New Year's Channeling from The Council for 2008

It doesn't matter how often each and everyone of you choose to make a difference in your daily lives or the resolutions as you call them for the New Year. It matters only that you choose to have your intention focused on the positive potentials for your lives. This alone will set up the energy and vibration needed for the elements of manifestation to take place.

The time is passing where the veil is thick and incapable of producing instantaneous results. Miracles are possible now more then ever. The important thing to remember is that negative thoughts are just as capable of manifesting.

Keep your hearts open and filled with the knowing that your desires are possible…that your thoughts are powerful and can magnify your successes as you work with them. January and February are months where you will see your emotions becoming more stable. You will see your visions of what you want in your future becoming clearer and the path in front of you will seem to open up. Meditate and ask for your dreams and desires for a positive outcome on your path to show itself and you will see the mile markers as it were, in front of you.

We are here to aide and guide you as are so many others that have made their presence known over the last few years. Ask to be surrounded by the light of those unseen that have joined together in helping this place you call Earth and step sure footed into the next six of your months. You have all released and let go of many things in the last few years and it is now time for you as light workers to see some joy and lightness in your experiences.

The spring of this New Year brings many changes on your planet, some that will appear to be hard and tough for some but will be with little loss of life and will open eyes to changes in consciousness that must be made to bring all life closer together in love. For those that refuse to open their hearts, it may be a tough change, but a needed one none the less.

Keep your faith in divinity centered, your path cleared of the debris of memories that hold you anywhere but in the now of things and hands joined with all living things united in purpose.

Those of you feeling the let down of relationships to other people and things such as finances and self love will find that by the end of January and into February, a newness emerges rekindling inner success and joy. The aches and pains that have been felt in the body will subside by mid March and the neck, shoulders and elements of injuries to the left side of the body will cease.

Know that the waiting pattern is near its end and that 2008 brings new possibilities and resolutions to issues presented in the past three or four years. The summer months herald in other new things that we will discuss at a later date. As you become more successful in conscious manifestation, your “future” will be created from more of a conscious choice rather then a cause and effect situation unconsciously created by actions and patterns of living.

All of you are powerful so create with positive intent, release fear at every turn and walk with love.

It is with great joy that we wish you all the end to the days of dark as we move into your solstice marker in the next few days ahead where for some, your days are longer and the light grows. Know that even though this is only a symbolic change for some and the opposite time of light verses dark for others, that the marking is non the less extremely important. In the next few days bring that light into your being with conscious effort. See the light coming in at your feet emanating from the earth's core and moving up along your spine, out the top of your head and continuing up to infinity. This is the way to connect your being with all of your soul parts and the all. Creation takes on a new and miraculous step forward as more and more of you learn how to consciously create your reality as you walk this path or experience. We welcome all journeys that lead to this path and offer any assistance as one of many guides as you transmute your thinking and patterns of existing in this human shell. We will be continuing to give insights and progress reports, as you have called them, as the earth and all you wonderful lights transverse this new state of being. Consciously grasp the power of change that each of you embody, lifting the veil of illusion that makes you feel separated and alone. CHAPTER FIVE

THE BOOKS THAT TELL US OF DOOM AND GLOOM ARE MERELY TOOLS TO PROPEL US AWAY FROM THAT OUTCOME, SINCE WE EXIST IN A DUALISTIC ENVIRONMENT

Since it is a part of the human experience to have a dualistic approach to your reality, it is only fitting that the growth and advancement of the human condition and vibration be expressed to you in a dualistic way. Each and every one of you sees the up, the down; the open, the closed; the yes, the no; the on, the off; the good, the bad as an approach to understanding the reality around you. It is incomprehensible to each and every one of you that there is existence without duality and opposites. Although we understand the concept and can travel in your reality in order to assist in the growth, we as a realm in which only exists the good, the up, the love, etc., find it a challenge to bring you closer to this understanding than it is for you to accept that such a realm exists. If but for a moment you can put aside doubt and follow the line of explanation, you will begin to understand why prophecies of doom and gloom exist in your world and why they are ultimately only a tool for you to propel into the best good and best love and best result for the vibrational upliftment of your earth that is taking place. We have observed through the eons that the best of soul comes forth through strife in a dualistic world as was shown in the events immediately following the exit of thousands from your planet in various catastrophic events in the past few years. The overwhelming feeling and vibration of love, support, and compassion was a thousand times greater than the negative that created the events in the first place. Friction seems to motivate growth in your world and it has been friction from the beginning that has gotten you this far. It is the hope of all that have chosen to enter this plane to change the physical limitations placed upon the physical DNA so that friction will no longer be the catalyst for change and growth. As the doom and gloom prophecies of old and new show the end of the earth and most of the inhabitants, let us assure you that this is not — and be very clear — that this is not an actuality.

If you are given materials to make a dinner and not given instructions on amounts, cooking times, or combinations, the outcome at best will be a delight, or at worst uneatable. So, too, are the experiences that you experience each day. You have now earned the privilege of seeing the potential meals, if you will, all depending on the combinations that you have chosen to use. You have been given all of the necessary ingredients and a view of the outcomes available. It is possible, with this information, to figure out the proper amounts and combinations needed to make this dinner perfect in all ways. If you were given all the amounts and directions from start to finish and then someone else cooked it for you, it wouldn’t be your dinner, now would it? We, in an advisory capacity, and I mean all that come to help from many locations, spheres, and vibrations, can, will, and do give tips but do not ever want to take away the pleasure and joy of you completing the task yourself. The satisfaction of growth is immense and motivates to continue the growth. We have seen many of you in your own lives overcome many obstacles both big and small, to use dualistic terminology and have joined in the joy that the vibration of success brings. There is also joy in choosing to try again when one stumbles. A certain amount of light emanates from a being when the heart and mind choose to take a positive step…to try again…to not give up, but to push forward with love.

Those that have passed into the etheric realms due to earthquakes, volcanoes, mass destruction, and heroic attempts to save others, do not walk into the light with confusion and sorrow for what is left behind, but are clear and filled with love in its purest form, knowing that all is a part of the all, that they will again be with those they love in a blink of an eye, and that their experience on earth was one of greatness for their own growth and the growth of this planet that they chose to be a part of.

We tell you that the view of your world from our perspective is one of hope, love, and a movement of evolvement. Even those that appear less than loving and filled with anger and hate, we are grateful for, for they allow the process of dualism to create the friction that produces growth. In the next decade, the need for the opposites will begin to diminish as the DNA is released from the restraints put upon it. You will find that less and less energy is needed to reduce the negative, and more and more energy is placed worldwide on the positive.

You can help the process by:

• Allowing the cleansing of your own bodies to take place.
• As much as is possible, allow the annoying small discomforts to run their course.
• Monitor the body and use natural cures when possible.
• Drink more and more water.
• Eat and nourish the body as much as possible with good food, and supplement the immune system.
• Some viruses create a cleansing mechanism for the lymphatic system by releasing the mucus, and as you remove these from your body, you are also releasing old built up imbalances that have been staying with you for many years.
• When the discomfort and symptoms go beyond annoyance, use the medical and alternative communities as needed. All are placed here for aid.
• Continue to feed the body with water, good food and nutrients needed to replace the depletion.
• Alternative forms of bodywork and healing, when given with pure intent and received with pure intent, will also aid in clearing the way.
• Talk to your body and listen to what it needs. Answers come in a series of twos from unsuspected places. Be open to hear.
• Put yourselves in arenas of like minds. Seek out those who wish to grow and who seek truth.
• Seek people who are vibrationally connected to source and are doorways to growth. They may have a doorway that leads to a different place than that which you have signed on to aide, but keep looking. Doors that are open always lead the seeker to the proper place that they have picked to be a part of whether they consciously know it or not. When they are where they need to be and remain in that open sense of receptivity, they will know it is time to sit there and become deeply involved. It is always important to remain receptive to newness as paths can change, and growth is personal and universal simultaneously.

There truly is no doom and gloom. It is merely an illusion, a road marker, a reminder, created in this reality to aid in transformation and enlightenment.

If there was a sickness of one you loved in the human or animal form you would gladly sit beside them, holding a hand, giving comfort, sending healing, letting them know how much you love them and how grateful you are for their friendship and the chance to be sharing your lives together. We ask you to do the same each day for the earth by holding her hand even if it is for a brief moment. This can be done by touching any tree, bush, or even the putting your hands on the ground itself. It is a plea and a need for this to be done and we ask that all of you join in spreading this word each day to whomever you meet. Together we can change and heal the illness she feels giving her peace and love.

The pain and illness as well as the sorrow that she feels is lessened by those of you who have loved her, sent her healing and have remembered to touch her each day. Please continue to do so. It is a privilege to tell you all that the coming days, especially after the winter solstice are days filled with hope and abundant joy. Each of you will begin to see the doors open, the hearts receiving and the minds refreshed with thoughts and plans on how to bring the passion into your lives; to know how to step forward into the new year with joy and optimism. We ask you to remain uplifted and patient as we come into the new year and let your hearts experience the joy and happiness that comes with the connection to what your hopes and desires are with what happens in front of you in this reality that you choose to express in. CHAPTER FOUR

The way to pick up the spiritual path is to be open to all the suggested ways of entering the new times ahead without criticism, but with discernment.

The most difficult things for humans to do, it seems, is to look at something new without placing it into a compartment in their mind that says, I believe this…this is false…this has merit…this is ridiculous…etc. In these times of change and massive learning opportunities, it is imperative that all of us on this side and your side keep looking at the possibilities being presented. Discernment is not criticism. It is not judgment. It is merely a filing system for each of us that says “this is for me “or “not for me now. “Now” is the important word for the times ahead. Each “now” changes as we continue upon this imaginary reality called time. It allows us to glimpse into the true reality on occasion and to be receptive to the benefits of otherworldly and realm guidance. Each piece of information or experience that we encounter adds to the whole of our soul as we take in more of the understanding of the all. Each moment is filled with pieces bringing us back to the core or source, God if you like. Since you are bound in a system of time and linear experience for the most part (dreams, meditations, and out of body experiences are exceptions), it is only natural that you try to put some order into the experiences. It is highly probable that knowledge or growth that you need is given out of sequence and so at a moment in your time, it is not appropriate to assimilate. If with discernment you say “not for me now,” but allow it and do not judge or criticize it, it may fit in later in the puzzle of your life as it is allowed to resurface in your consciousness.

Try to meditate and ask to release all the absolute criticisms and judgments that you have knowledge of or have forgotten, and ask to have them placed in the file for future use if needed in your life’s experience. Remember that each now allows for discernment of the information and only soul need is drawn to each of us. Nothing comes without purpose. We bring all things to us to supply the soul with growth material.

The Next Ten Years of Light - Chapter Three

CHAPTER THREE

If we hold on to fear,
our life becomes engulfed with it,
relationships become affected by it,
and our way is blocked
to consciously moving toward change.

We all have fears and experiences whether they are in this life or an incarnation previously that has produced a fear. This fear can result from not knowing how to react to the experience that is occurring at the time or merely because we in the nonphysical form can see past present and future simultaneously and the physical form as you know it on your planet blocks something that is a given in the nonphysical realms. It was created along with all else as a motivator or marker, if you will, for change and awareness. Somehow we have accepted the marker and keep collecting them instead of releasing them after our conscious takes note of the event, situation, or decision that needed the adjustment, thought, or action. If fear were visible it would look like a lot of piled up flags that no one needs or uses, but just keeps looking at for extended periods of time. You do not have to keep making this pile bigger.

In order to make the changes needed to release them, follow these steps:

1. See the fear as associated with each event or thought as separate items.
2. Write them down.
3. Write them down again over a period of three days so that you can add to them.
4. Make a marker of each listed fear in detail, so your consciousness can focus on it for a period of time.
5. Pile up the markers.
6. Ask in prayer or meditation for any fears to be brought to the surface that you have forgotten.
7. Repeat numbers one through six three times.
8. See the pile being torched with fire in your mind and say, “I release all fear that I have been collecting from the lives I have lived and the moments I have experienced in an incarnation in the physical realms.”
9. Burn safely the physical pile and repeat the above statement adding. “I also release any pieces of fear that I have absorbed into my being physically, spiritually, or mentally through any experience in the past, present, or future.”
10. Rest.

Although this process will take weeks, months or years to fully understand the effects in your newness, allow the change to be welcomed. It has taken a long time to make the process of collecting fear and hoarding in physical souls, and it will seem a little like walking in the dark for a short time. Ask the meditations to take a tone of healing and guidance, and you will find light to replace the dark.

I know that you all have fear now as you read these passages, as the Melody has felt writing them. Fear does not always have to be big. It takes little forms as well. When we question pure guidance and wonder if change of any kind can be good, if we do not know what that change will be, most opt to stay with the old even if it is not good. Knowing seems to supercede outcome.

As many of us already know, time heals and cures all things in a 3D existence. This is why we have time on the earth. Since time is only relative to a 3D existence and a point of reference to keep a sense of order in which to calculate growth from point a to point b, we acknowledge that it is difficult to understand that time heals all things. The only sense I can give you is to look back ten years or five years or last week to an event that created great emotion of any sort, such as love, hate, fear, joy, or sadness and try to create the exact emotion again about that event exactly. It is an impossibility because we are now in the now and the past is merely placed in the mind that does not store emotion. Emotion is an effect caused by the body in relation to the events and how they trigger certain reactions. Therefore fear, like any emotion, is passing and can only exist in the now if we still have the same reactions and exact experience with all the same stimuli. Even if we hold on to something and chew it around in our minds over and over, the experience is different from the original. The more that time elapses, the less importance the event can have on us….if we see things in this light, we will never allow endless obsession to continue on for an extended length of earth time.

All things are road markers, designed in the infinite plan to give us a post-it note to focus on and learn from.

The Next Ten Years of Light- Chapter Two

CHAPTER TWO

All things are of the highest source in the creative process, and life, as we know it in our universe, is moving toward a final destination of light and rejoining the source.

Every element of nature, be it of the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, astral, or any element that you can think of, is connected to the source. There never was any true separation except in an illusion set up by experiment, and the motives that produced the separation were not of a negative. They were pure in positive intent; only the outcome of the action and therefore experiment proved to create the illusion of separation that at this level of existence is considered reality. We have come to an understanding in scientific terms that all matter or physical existence, solid, liquid or gas, is made up of atoms and molecules…all of which have motion and therefore energy that is actually a life force. When the life forces are joined together, they create all that is…be it a human, a creature, a plant, an amoeba, a chair, or a beautiful sky. All things are connected by the fact that all energy is similar when taken down to its simplest components.

Since the beginning, or source, started this creation that takes on infinite possibilities in manifestation, it is only natural that at some point, since the essence of totality is existent in the simplest form, that as this form expands and grows adding dimension and variation, it will move back to the completeness of the totality reemerging into itself in oneness. I know that this is a mouthful of words, but it has a simple meaning.

All that is began from one source and that source created creations that created creations that created creations and so on. Since the material or “stuff” that all new “stuff” is created out of is the original “stuff” anyway, at some point all understands that fact and rejoins itself as one.

The choice of creation becomes addition, not subtraction. Therefore we eventually go toward the light, which is a combination of all reflection in its purest state. For awhile we may experiment with subtraction, taking away or putting up blocks that appear to slow down our progress, but the true reality is that the original “source stuff of light” is the only thing in the playground to play with, and so negative and darkness is an optical illusion of the cosmic kind.

Life in this universe is a pretty divine complexity of creation from many creations on many levels, all using this thing called earth as a focal point and unique experiment that blends all levels and variations of creation in one place. When we look at this beautiful place, we see so much intertwining energy it would look like a beautiful swirl of every color mixing and blending with each other, sometimes creating a new version of a basic, sometimes creating a new color and other times one of muddiness and disharmony. Since they flow freely and in their own choices, eventually the muddiness is transmuted to a new harmonious color and the whole is magnificent.

We look forward to the time when enough on this place realize their oneness and therefore meet the next step on the destination with joy.

As we endeavor to move along in this illusion called life, and the planet joins with us in creating a space in which we can work out our thoughts and desires, it is important to remain connected to the source of our dream...the source of all that is always the true reality or divinity inside of us. It is not any different in the different realms. We all have illusions that we have created. The only difference is that the more one lowers their vibration and/or experiences a lower vibration, the denser the energy becomes. The more the fog for lack of a better word, becomes and the more we experience this illusion as a reality that is not perceived to be created by us, the more we get stuck in the illusion and believe that creation is happening to us from something from the outside. The higher we raise our thoughts and vibrations the more we see the mixing of realities and the more we have access to actively creating positive results in all our experiences. As we endeavor to learn how to consciously create in this existence, we begin to become the mental alchemists that we already are.

We come to you by many different names from realms where we are more aware of our co-creative nature and how to work with creating on a conscious level and feel an obligation out of love to help those of you who ask for guidance and direction.

CHAPTER ONE

All things change, and therefore
all is changing for the better,
whether we can really see it or not.

It does not matter whether we sit and make the choice to go up or down, left or right, in or out. All things move in this universe and on this planet toward the divine plan of unity and rejoining with the source. If a change comes in each moment of this time, then it is happening to move us closer to that goal. We may be having a personal change that affects how we think or breathe or react to another stimulus around us, or we may be a part of a bigger stimulus that joins us on a conscious and unconscious level simultaneously to create a paradigm of possibility to bring the whole of the planet closer to its evolution and path home.

Each of the entities that have great words to say in these days of change needs to be listened to by means of meditative receptivity. The words or more closely the vibrations and energies that are emitted and received in each consciousness will resonate in the exact positive needed manner if the intellect is not in the way, dicing and analyzing the words. What is to be retained will be retained and all will be clear if allowed to settle in vibrationally. There is no right or wrong. Each message or channel will resonate with the vibration needed within each cell or combination of cells in different ways for different creations. Since original sources come from different places in the universe and through incarnations and placement in the third dimensional existence, the memory of the first entering of a soul’s planetary origin is not conscious in most creations on this planet, the vibrations of different beings resonate with like origins. You may find one set of material rings true to you and another false. This does not mean that your perceptions are correct or erroneous, but that your line receives what is needed best by another from your line.

If and when your perception changes and you find yourself gravitating toward something new, accept it as more to fill your pallet or understanding and see how all the previous information has led you to this new place. Release the need for absolute truth as it is always unfolding and you cannot catch it for a moment and hold it there. Truth grows and returns to the prime source and creator in many different forms and directions, some of which take an interesting path to reach the destination. Be true to your connection with the God within you and know that each and every experience leads us to the better outcome.

It is ironic that this is the first of the steps. My whole life has been about accepting change and learning how to flow with the concept that control has no reality and that the cosmos is fueled by change.
When trying to figure out what to do, or when feeling as if we are faced with a decision that requires “future action or thought” and living in the now seems blocked, we need to take a moment to do whatever it takes to put ourselves into a receptive place and then allow the thoughts or actions to flow. All change is for the better whether we can see it or not. We will learn from the experience, gain some understanding of ourselves or the world around us, reach a new sense of spiritual connection, allow the opportunity for someone else to grow and experience, or we will be a combination of all of the above.

It is with great concern and love that we enter this place this day. It is of utmost importance that all that share gifts in the light, focus on the planet and send energy and love to it's core. The pain and suffering that has taken place from the discord on the surface by vibrational mismatching, lack of respect and general abuse has weakened the fabric of the tapestry you call life. We urge all of you to take time out of your day to touch things of the earth; a tree, the ground, a plant, or anything that is of the earth and send love and energy to her. It is by love that all things are healed and it is an ongoing need and responsibility of all those in the light to remember to do this on a daily basis. Your lives get busy with many things and we know that the load seems heavy at times as each of you deal with the constant energy shifts, the teaching and counseling that is done to those that you have spread seeds of light to, but the earth cries for help at this time. December and January are critical times in the healing process that is taking place and the more love that is given the easier and less tumultuous the process will be. This is not an appeal that is to bring fear. It is a request that tells each and every one of you how powerful, how needed and how capable each and every one of you are to make a difference. With love we come. With love we share.

Preface to "The Next Ten Years of Light" Book

As I have been led to start this blog,spirit has asked me make available a small book that was channeled to me starting in 2000. The information, I am told, is still applicable today and it is time to make it more accessible. I will blog in chapter by chapter over the next month or so as I am guided to do so.

Preface

In January of 2000, I was asked to go onto the computer, put myself in a receiving state, and allow a connection to take place with those wishing to speak through me. I had already been doing this for over a year, allowing information for myself and others to channel through me by using the computer. Channeling in a spiritual context, means to open oneself to receiving information from sources that may be from other dimensions or spheres. I had the privilege of working with many different entities, most of whom I referred to as “ETs” for lack of better words.
I had become familiar with the many different vibrations and found that I could lay aside any fears by just allowing the trance state to take over, thinking that whatever transpired would be for my eyes only at a later date. Through time, I found that my typing abilities grew, and I laughed when I realized that there were fewer mistakes when my eyes were closed and my hands were being used than there were when I attempted to type anything on my own.

The space to which the trance took me varied in intensity from session to session, and at times I would feel refreshed and other times drained and tired. I found out a great deal about my origins during these sessions and always felt a sense of awe after they were over.
Time and time again, there was mention of a book I was to write. Although I knew that I would only be the instrument, I still felt reluctance.

This book is about what those of light should look forward to, be prepared for, lessons in how to adjust to the newness, and most of all, explanations that make the purpose and road ahead something to strive for. It will have instructions on the proper food for certain adjustments or fixes if something goes wrong in the light body and a how- to on weathering the next ten years. This should be called something like “The Next Ten Years of Light and Its Effect on the Next Ten Years by the council of seven as told to Melody of the lighted world.”
It is not necessary for anyone to be frightened by the events of the next decade or the changes that will occur.

There are ten steps to help us pass through with a smile and joy.

1. All things change and therefore all is changing for the better whether we can really see it or not.

2. All things are of the highest source in the creative process, and life, as we know it in our universe, is moving toward a final destination of light and rejoining the source.

3. The things we fear the most are the things we need to release and deal with so they do not hold us back.

4. The way to pick up the spiritual path is to be open to all the suggested ways of entering the new times ahead without criticism, but with discernment.

5. The books that tell us of doom and gloom are merely tools to propel us away from that outcome since we exist in a dualistic environment.

6. Loving anything means acceptance without judgment and seeing the divine plan in it.

7. Making our way back to the source is a simple journey. We are already there.

8. Let the time that is in front of you have only the importance the time behind you has. Let the now time engulf you.

9. Worry not.

10. Know that we are all a part of this change that is taking place. The veil grows translucent and the separation between creations becomes nil. We can help each other, and more and more it will be and is as easy as a thought.

The sessions were always strong and filled me with a desire to stay in the place that the trance had taken me. However, the vibration was always broken by the phone ringing. It took me quite awhile to realize that that was done purposely to bring me back to this reality. Somehow, I feel that without the shock of return, I would have relinquished my desire to come out of the trance, as the sense of peace was awesome. After returning, it seemed to take me quite a while to be willing to re-enter that trance place due to the depth of the experience and physical exhaustion upon the return. We, as humans, live in the physical plane surrounded by the parameters that we have set up before we enter. When given the chance to experience the space away from the physical plane to the degree that these transmissions gave me, I found the going back and forth most difficult. When I am here in the physical, my family, friends, and loved ones mean the most and I wish to remain with them. When in the trance place, all the physical falls away and the greater universal understanding draws me to remain there. Knowing that the Council understands these things, I thank them for their patience and manipulation of the telephone ringing. I regret my reluctance to move any faster with this endeavor and hope that whoever is to benefit from this information will be brought to it.

There are a few things the reader needs to know. First of all, the material is written in first and second person, sometimes in the same paragraph. When there is a “we,” it means that the information applies to all creations, earth and non-earth. When there is a “you,” the information is primarily pertinent to creations on earth. Second, the order of the “chapters” originally channeled to me is now in the order of the chapter titles that were given in the beginning of this project. Each time I would go into a session they would say, “Work on number so and so” and that would be the session’s concentration. The postscript at the end of the book gives the channeled order for anyone who feels a need to experience the material this way.

I humbly thank those who have given this information, knowing that it comes with great love and support for all of us.

It is time for all of us to feel a sense of ease and hopeful connection to the process we call ascension over the next few months. The more people that understand the nature of this illusion that we call reality, the more we are able to use this energy and intent to create the most positive scenario possible. When we come into this earth plane, we have a tendency to try all manners of expression to understand and feel the extremes that using emotions can have on this hologram or play we call life. As we incarnate and make only a few parameters such as time and the lack of feeling this as an illusion, we move around from day to day feeling as if we are disconnected not only from ourselves but from the all that is ...God...the Creator..The Source. It is not uncommon for some of us to delve more deeply into the negative as this seems to be the faster route to change...and change creates the possibilty to move forweard, to grow and to ultimately re-connect with God , The Source, the Creator when in actuality we have never been separated. This information is not new to some. new to some, rejected by many and hard to apply by most. As we use different open minds and hearts to allow this information to flow freely, we enable more humans and therefore consciousness to expand and move the whole of humanity closer to understanding and thereby enabling more and more to use conscious creation in their experiences.
